Assisi-Spello-Foligno-Assisi:  First bike loop tour to arrive in Spello and then in Foligno. Spello is a little town situated on a spur of Mount Subasio and Foligno is situated  on the  plain. Spello, along with its neighbouring cities, is surely the one which preserves the greatest number of monuments testifying to the Roman era; for example, the town walls, the ruins of the amphitheater and the splendid town portals Porta Consolare, Porta Urbica and Porta Venere, dating back to the Augustan era.
